A friend referred me to Samples Septic Services for a plumbing issue I had. Levi came out the same day I made my appointment. Not only was he able to fix my issue (turns out it was a blockage in my septic tank), but he explained the issue clearly as well as advising me of all my options. Levi was very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. I will recommend Samples Septic Services to my family and friends! :)

Friendly and professional service technicians, $515 ($15 credit card fee) total for pumping a 1000 gallon tank, just like what Vicky had quoted me on the phone, swift process, all done in about an hour. Will recommend to anyone who needs septic tank service.

Trustworthy. Professional. Explained exactly what the issues were and how to correct it. Hope they are in business in the next 3 years when we need sepic services again bc they are the company to hire.

I had a great experience with Samples Septic, and Michael in particular was fantastic to work with. He showed up right on time, walked me through what he was checking, and explained everything in a way that made the whole situation feel manageable.
Once he located the water line issue, he took the time to show me exactly what was going on and fixed it efficiently. He was careful with the yard, cleaned up thoroughly, and made sure everything was running the way it should before he left.
It’s rare to find a company that combines real skill with genuine customer care. I’d absolutely call Samples Septic again!

Today was our second time using Samples Septic Service over the last few years and I would recommend them to anyone ! They are honest , very fair on pricing and they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need . Levi is awesome and he explains everything so that you understand and will show you exactly what the issue is . We will always call them if we are having a problem with our septic system or for regular maintenance !

Today I had my septic tank service by Samples Septic Service. They were very thorough and provided exceptional service. I was blowed away by how much acknowledge they provided pertaining to the system. I will definitely use them going forward. If you ever need your septic service call Sample Septic Service. They are the best hands down. I have lived in my house for over ten years and this was my first time using them and they provide service like no other.

Same day service (we were lucky), Levi and Jose were great. They were able to service our septic pump quickly and we were back to using water same day. Very happy with the work!

Samples Septic is by far one of the best companies servicing the Douglasville area.. From the initial phone call to the actual service everything was prompt and professional... Levi and his assistant came as scheduled and completed the work im exceptional fashion in the middle of me asking many questions about my system.. He game me so many pointers on how to do several things myself before making a phone call for service, that spoke volumes about their company.. Samples Septic is the only company to call!!!
